having the same problem with my Dell Inspiron One, running windows x. It keeps rebooting over and over. tried your suggestion but it will non allow me go into advanced repair. tried affect screen, keyboard, mouse, arrows push button, tab primal and nothing works. running dell diagnostics on it now. merely I don't call back it volition help whatever suggestions of how I can get it to work????
